Michael, I love these ruminations over love. I've always thought that you know you are in love, including and beyond the physical side, when you go home and you can't stand being without that person. Somehow, this other completes you in a way that is unique. Every love has a morning, an afternoon and an evening. If you can go through all three stages and still be in love; it's the real deal.
The way started with that ephemeral interaction with the lady you saw, and then how you discussed love )and some other weird thing not equating to love between a man and a car…) and then how you tied it together by throwing back to the lady you saw. A great read. :)
You captured the ache of real love in a world chasing easy substitutes.
My favorite part was when you showed that what some people call love might really be self love, a search for comfort instead of the challenge and depth of real connection.
Loved it. Amazing and guttingly poignant.
Thanks, man!
“It’s chaos. It’s raw. It hurts. It heals. It wrecks you and rebuilds you.
It’s crying in a car in the middle of nowhere.
It’s forgiving someone when they don’t deserve it.
It’s asking for forgiveness when you don’t want to.” Gorgeous! True. Fantastic piece, Michael.
Thanks, Holly. Really.

This is... amazing. I'll keep it in mind. Thanks for sharing, Sandy.
I really enjoyed this Michael.

It seemed so chaotic to me, but you made it beautiful with your comment. Thanks a bunch, bro. Really.
My pleasure bro :)
Michael, do not apologize. It is raw and good.
Grazie, Portia.

Thanks, buddy. I do think real love needs a real human touch. We'd call it "the 2 body problem" :)
I’m looking forward to reading this one later this evening when I get a break from life! lol!
Thanks, Charlotte!
